Rixos Premium Göcek Adult Only Hotel

We’ve visited twice and weren’t disappointed either time. The village of Gocek nearby has a lovely atmosphere, and the marina and beach location is outstanding. The landscape is stunning, with plenty of different areas to take in the scenery. Rooms are lovely, and we enjoyed the spotless, well-kept Deluxe Suite. The food was good across the board. The buffet offered quality choices, The People's restaurant stays open 24 hours, and Tempanaki was absolutely fabulous. The chef was a real host and entertainer while serving his best dishes. Ibrahim was exceptional too. Service and catering were premium, and the poolside waitresses were amazing and attentive. Cocktails were perfect for everyone. Most of the entertainment was okay, with a few standout performances. We especially loved the included boat trip around the local bays. Pool aerobics changed each day, and the hosts and gym were exceptional. Would recommend a visit.

We came back for a second visit and enjoyed it just as much as the first. I’d been unsure after reading some recent negative reviews, but we weren’t disappointed. The resort is well maintained, with spacious rooms in good locations, and all the staff were lovely. Service couldn’t be faulted, and the food was good everywhere we ate. A great holiday, and we’ll definitely return.

The hotel has its own team of cats, mainly there for pest control but apparently on guest relations duty too! Mehmet and the Nox bar staff deserve a special thank you for knowing their cocktails so well. We had a lovely stay in an amazing hotel, with stunning rooms and friendly, attentive staff.

Göcek is only a few minutes’ walk away. It’s clean, friendly and picturesque, with plenty of high-end shops and restaurants, and there’s a scenic waterfront path looking out over hundreds of luxury yachts. The hotel itself is wonderful, with excellent food, friendly staff and a picturesque beach reached by a frequent five-minute boat ride. A couple of things could be better. Evening music is often too loud and can continue until midnight, making it hard to relax or fall asleep. The musical entertainment was also weaker this year than last. In late September and early October, the water in both swimming pools was very cold and needs attention. We also didn’t like seeing wasps and hornets land on food left out for people to eat at Octoberfest. Even with those issues, I can highly recommend the hotel. Two friends joined us this year, and two more plan to go next year.
