Such a lovely place to stay!

The management is excellent, with capable people looking after the complex, and its location near the market is another advantage. In Gocek, this is one of the best-kept residential complexes I’ve seen. The pools are clean and quiet, and hardly anyone seems to use them. The plants are wonderful, almost like a botanical garden. It also feels extremely safe. Since the houses use steel construction, there’s virtually no fear of earthquakes.

This is about the whole complex, not this villa. The cockroaches are really large and flying around. There’s no site manager, and pest control could have solved the problem. Detan and similar products definitely won’t help. Villa owners should pay attention. If there is a manager, they should be replaced because they seem clearly indifferent. The pools are checked every day, but only around 11 a.m., while you’re having breakfast. Go in early and you’ll be surrounded by bugs. Around 8-9 a.m., a young person waters the flowers and leaves. Parking hasn’t been explained, and usually there’s no space in front of the houses. Drivers from Istanbul can get in, but some spaces are narrow and the gate might not open. The complex is narrow and on a hill. You can’t shop here without a car. When you get home, shake your suitcases well as you unpack so you don’t bring any insects back with you.
