Rixos Premium Bodrum

The hotel is beautifully kept, with excellent food and a wonderfully relaxing, luxurious feel. We originally asked for a sea-view room, and the hotel kindly upgraded us to a stunning 177 m² terrace suite with breathtaking views. The front desk team, especially the women there, gave us a warm, professional welcome and made us feel cared for from the start. We'd gladly recommend it and will definitely return.

The beach was peaceful and scenic, and the water sports on site were a real bonus. We also enjoyed the well-equipped kids club, though children under four need an adult with them. You can book a babysitter, but none were available during our stay. My children loved the water slides, even if the water felt a bit cold. The accommodation was excellent, clean, and well maintained, and the food was varied and very good. Staff were attentive, and we had a specific CRM assigned to look after our stay, Atakan. The location and amenities were lovely, and we had a very enjoyable holiday.

Raziye and Ibrahim Geçen at People’s Restaurant, Rixos Bodrum, made our visit especially enjoyable. They were warm, attentive, and professional, and took great care to make my mum, her friend, and me feel welcome. When we asked about the menu, they patiently helped us choose dishes that suited our dietary needs and avoided the foods we don't eat. Their kindness and attention to detail meant a lot. We're very grateful, and they're a real credit to the team.

I loved the SPA Team, they were incredible. And every morning, the lady making fresh pancakes greeted me with such a lovely smile that it made my day. Thank you to her especially. I also really appreciated all the men who were always there to drop guests off and pick them up in the buggies. Thank you for the time and effort.
