The owners made the experience for me. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything. Zhera, Osman and their father are wonderful people. The cave rooms are truly built inside caves, with striking cave formations all around, and I could even watch the balloons from my window. The location is right in the city center, so walking around is easy. They helped with everything from transfers to tours. There are lovely dogs and a delicious breakfast too. The price felt absolutely worth it. An unforgettable stay, and probably the best hotel in Göreme.

We were very happy with our two-night stay over Christmas 2025. The location is great, and the staff were really friendly. Our room was clean, with enough lighting in both the room and bathroom.

The private parking was great, and the views of the town and chimneys were lovely. Rooms were spacious, breakfast had variety, and the stay felt authentic. A few things didn’t work well: the fridge was broken, one bedside socket didn’t work, and Wi-Fi didn’t reach every part of the room. Also, a noisy fan connected to the kitchen switched on a few times during the night.

Amber Cave Suites has lovely dogs and some stunning viewpoints, and the team made our trip unforgettable by arranging our sunrise hot air balloon ride and the Red Tour around the city. With their help, I got to tick a dream off my bucket list. The stay felt truly magical.

You can see the hot air balloons quite well from Amber Cave Suites, which is a nice bonus. The bathrooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast was good. I’d recommend this cave hotel to anyone staying in Cappadocia.
