Concept Cave Suites

Update: Mustafa, the owner, contacted me and gave tremendous help salvaging my photos. He was a true professional, and I’ll recommend this hotel to everyone. My original experience with Concept Cave Suites was very different. I can’t recommend it because of what I experienced with the staff member Ali, including serious concerns about integrity and money. We paid 500 Euros for a photography session arranged through the hotel, 450 plus a 50 Euro tip, and the session and follow-up were a disaster. Right after the shoot, Ali asked us to message the hotel to cancel the tour so he wouldn’t have to pay the hotel its commission. At first we thought we were helping a local, but later understood that he was trying to cheat the hotel that had recommended him. He had promised edited photos in 20-25 days, then gave us no updates for over a month. We kept chasing him. He said he had moved to Australia and was too busy to handle our project himself. Without telling us or getting our agreement, he paid a third party to edit the photos. We had chosen Ali for his portfolio and expertise, not to have him pass the work to a cheap editing service. When the pictures finally arrived, the quality was unacceptable and nothing like the professional portfolio he uses to get clients. Some objects were only partly removed, leaving distorted patches. Several pictures had a lot of empty space at the top and the subjects cramped at the bottom, and some of the final edited shots were completely out of focus and unusable. I attached one photo as an example. I asked for a partial refund so I could have a professional fix the pictures, but after more than three days I still hadn’t received one. Trust matters when travelling, and this service ruined my experience.
