Mirage Park Resort Hotel

We had food and drinks available at the hotel around the clock, and the animation team worked hard to keep people entertained all day. There were fun poolside programs at different times, plus enjoyable evening activities in both the amphitheater and concert area for children and adults. Kids won’t get bored at the mini club. Dima in the animation team especially pleased me. Although check-in was at 14:00, we got our room at 11:00, which was great. The room was simple and minimalist, just how I like it. The minibar was restocked free each day and housekeeping cleaned daily. The balcony was a little small, but everything else was perfect.

The beach was clean and very well maintained, the water was perfectly clear, and I appreciated the accessible sea entrance and lovely pier. The lifeguard was super attentive, and staff were friendly. The pool and hotel grounds were beautiful, clean, and well kept. Food was generally excellent, and I liked having a Starbucks in the bar and a snack bar as well as the main restaurant. The fitness center on site was pleasant too. I’m gluten-free, but the gluten-free section didn’t give me that many options. Most of it, especially cakes, desserts, and pizza, contained dairy. Many people with celiac disease also can’t tolerate milk, as is the case for me, so finding suitable food was a little difficult. I mostly ate tasty grilled vegetables and fruit, with meat now and then. The airport transfer was five hours before my flight, unnecessarily early. My biggest problem was bedbugs: I got more bites each night, which made the holiday unpleasant. The hotel doctor confirmed the bites and prescribed antibiotic cream. They offered a room change only for the last two nights, which wasn’t practical. The hotel said they found no bedbugs in our room, but the bites and all the notices on doors in the corridor made it clear other rooms were being treated too. This is something a five-star hotel should address. Bedbugs are hard to spot in daylight without professionals. The daytime animators seemed a bit tired and unmotivated. I’d definitely return for the lovely beach, clear water, tasty food, friendly staff, and pleasant fitness center if the rooms were guaranteed to be bedbug-free.

The spa was a real highlight for me. Kerem, the spa manager, was professional and attentive, knew the treatments well, and made sure the experience suited my preferences. I left feeling completely relaxed and looked after. Mirage Park Resort itself is a beautiful, peaceful place, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The surroundings and amenities were lovely too. My stay exceeded all my expectations, and I’d happily recommend the resort for its service and memorable spa experience. Thanks to Kerem and the whole team.

The mountains behind the hotel were the most beautiful I’ve ever seen, and the sea was crystal clear, just like in one of my photos. I stayed here from September 6 to 13 and would love to come back as often as I can. Emre, the Tropicano bar supervisor, and his team may be the best cocktail-makers in Turkey.
