The pool itself wasn’t bad, but don’t expect clean sunbeds. In the end I cancelled two nights, which I’d already paid for, and booked somewhere else because I was so uncomfortable and didn’t want my holiday completely ruined. The room wasn’t cleaned for two days, and we still hadn’t had fresh sheets after two days when I came back at 12:30 PM. I was calmly told, “They are coming, they are cleaning the rooms.” Ants came out in the evening, the shower products were dirty, and there was mold in the shower. Dust was everywhere in the room, the taps were sticky, and the towels smelled bad and left dust on my body. Breakfast was just as unpleasant: dead flies by the plates, empty dirty tables, and sandals sticking to the restaurant floor. I’d rather spend money at nearby restaurants than eat here. For what we paid, it felt like throwing money out the window. There was no professionalism and no staff trained in hospitality. It’s a disgrace for the price. Don’t trust the website photos. I’ve never had such a catastrophic hotel stay. Here are all the photos: mold, dust, and dirty sheets.

My family and I were rejected and our booking wasn’t honored when we arrived. We were treated with clear disrespect and discrimination because of our nationality, and no refund was offered. There was no courtesy or professionalism. Travel shouldn’t mean being judged for your background. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about fairness, respect, and hospitality. Go to Doria hotel, almost the same price but way better.

The breakfast and bar service were great, the pool was huge, and maintenance was good. The place was super clean and everyone was super friendly, in a perfect location. It’s beyond what I expected for the value. I’m amazed by it and will definitely come back. Book without hesitation, this is a must read.

After a week, I still hadn’t received my refund from booking.com. I’d already paid the hotel through them, but the hotel refused to let us check in unless I paid again directly. I explained that resolving payment problems between booking.com and the hotel wasn’t my responsibility, but they didn’t care and made us pay again to stay. Management did nothing to sort it out. I’ve never experienced such poor treatment or such unprofessional management. Never again.
