The owners were extremely welcoming, and helped arrange a transfer to the airport and to Bodrum city when we had to leave. The location is handy, just a two-minute walk from the beach and many restaurants, and the complex is family friendly. The pool was next to our apartment, though, and children played and screamed there from around lunchtime until evening. With the running and constant jumping in, we couldn’t use it ourselves. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, especially in the bedroom, where there was no connection, so sending WhatsApp messages or email was difficult and working wasn’t possible. The door to our veranda also wouldn’t close properly and kept coming open.

A lovely little spot in a charming fishing village, quiet and very close to the beach. The apartments sit in a beautiful garden around a pool. Service feels personal, and breakfast comes with delicious homemade jams.

The Paradise gave me the calm, clean, welcoming place I was looking for. I’m a student, and came to Turkey both to do market research about the country and to spend some time on my own. The beach is less than two minutes away, with restaurants, pubs, cafes, and other places along the shore. Street dogs are a big part of this village, and they seem to be keeping watch over you all the time. If you’re afraid of dogs, it may not suit you. I go running 3 km every morning, and at least two or three dogs follow me. Durmus and his team are helpful and welcoming. I recommend this place 100%.
