I was really let down by my stay at Caja by Maxx Royal. The hotel calls itself pet-friendly, but my dog could hardly move around freely or go out for walks. We weren’t even allowed to leave the dog outside our room, which upset me a lot. Those strict rules got in the way of the vacation we’d hoped to enjoy together. For the high price, I expected a friendlier, more flexible approach. I left very dissatisfied, wouldn’t book again, and can’t recommend it to other pet owners.

The staff seemed to really care about the place, and the Latin manager did a great job. But the food was what made the experience stand out: a special menu, well-portioned international dishes, and a distinctive range of desserts. We had a blast, and I’d recommend it.

The beach was so relaxing, and the swimming pool felt unlike any other. The cocktails were one of a kind too. Service was outstanding, and the food was marvelous compared with what else is around here. Special thanks to Eray, Yigit, Sercan, Shukru, Aydin, Virginia and Naoki. Can’t wait to return. 🔝 🙌
