Vita Bella Hotel

The balcony was great, the service was quick and very good, and the staff were friendly and well trained. They had fewer personnel at the end of September when we stayed, but service was still fast. The location makes it easy to walk to lots of shops and restaurants. The beach is wonderful, with clean sea and all the facilities you might need. The restaurant was okay, though it was disappointing that they had no fish in the evenings and served a kebab menu instead. Our only real dissatisfaction was the room: there wasn’t even a coffee table or desk, and there was generally too little space for our things.

We spent our time relaxing by the fab beach deck and pool, and the food was all really yummy. The rosé was chilled, and the staff were lovely and helpful. There’s a good mix of restaurants just a two-minute walk away, and the hotel dinner, a new addition this year, was great. This was my third visit to Vita Bella, and it didn’t disappoint again. The rooms are basic but clean, with everything you need. We’ll definitely be back!

We came with a big group for a wedding, booked our rooms well in advance, and still ended up with the wrong rooms. One of us had to use a cot for a night. The beds were small and very firm, and the rooms were just okay. The bathroom stayed hot no matter what we tried. The rooms need a key to keep the electricity on. That’s fine if the front desk gives you two, but they didn’t, so we had to leave our key in the room to keep the AC running or return to a scorching hot room. Then reception had to let us back into our room. Most of the staff seemed friendly, but reception charged us for things we didn’t use, including the minibar. The only reason to stay is the good location if you don’t expect to spend much time at the hotel beyond sleeping. We all had high hopes, and I wish I had better things to say.

My friends and I ate lunch on the Bella Beach deck every day. The food was delicious, and the beach-front deck and beautiful pool are lovely places to sunbathe and take in the bay views. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly too. I came back to Vita Bella for the third time this April, and I’ll 100% book again next year. It really is a gem. Bella Beach, the bar and restaurant on the deck, is fantastic. I’m already counting down until I can get back.
