After a pleasant evening, we chose this hotel in Güzelbahçe because it was nearby and we wanted to avoid driving after drinking. I booked through Otelz at around 11:30 PM, then called the number on the website several times to confirm, but nobody picked up. When we got there around midnight, the doors were locked and no one was there to talk to. I spent about 45 minutes walking around looking for another entrance before we knocked on a window, hoping someone would hear us. A woman eventually came out and let us in. When we said we'd been waiting since midnight and had a reservation, she shouted, "Don't lie! You didn't make a reservation! I was right here! Are you trying to make me out to be a liar?" I think her husband arrived after that. We explained what had happened to him and showed him our booking details, which we couldn't show the woman. It was already 1 AM, so we had no choice but to stay. I've never been treated like this before. This isn't how a business should be run. Take the reviews seriously and stay away.

Five of us went, and the rooms were filthy. There was no hot water, so we couldn't shower. When we asked about it and also requested Turkish coffee, the owner yelled, "Did you ask me if there was hot water in the first place?" and threatened us. He's rude and swears at everything. The service was awful, and I've never seen anything like it. We didn't call the police because we didn't want to spend the day at the station. We have videos of him yelling and insulting us. He told us anyone who wants good service should stay at a 5-star hotel, which is outrageous. This place doesn't deserve even one star. Don't stay here or have your wedding here. I think the positive reviews come from his friends and acquaintances.

I stayed for three days and thought the price was fair for what you get. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and clean too, and the bathroom was quite large. I couldn't find anything missing from the room. The woman working there was very kind. Thank you.

There were six of us, and when we tried to raise the lack of hot water, the staff started yelling and threatening us. We couldn't shower because there was no hot water in the room. The person we met on arrival spoke to us like we were friends rather than customers, which felt completely unprofessional. We're all girls, and that treatment was unacceptable. The tone and service were terrible, and we felt utterly humiliated.

We booked a week ahead and let them know when we'd arrive, but the welcome was awful. They acted as though we'd disturbed them. When we asked for glasses for the room, they said they couldn't provide any. The way we were treated was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
