The beds were so comfortable that I slept better than I ever have on holiday, and the rooms were spotless. The shower stayed hot and had great pressure. Murat and Şenay are wonderful hosts, and the food is delicious. It’s a relaxed place with nice music, right near everything, and there’s no hassle. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else.

Murat & Senay are warm and attentive without hovering, which is a big part of why people return year after year. I’ll be back too. The apartment is basic but kept neat and clean, and the location is peaceful, with no loud bars right outside. Shops, the beach, and other places in Içmeler are all about a five-minute walk away.

After more than five years of coming here, it feels like a second home. Murat and his family always greet us warmly, and we feel like part of their family now. The hotel is locally run and close to all the action, while the rooms and facilities are kept very clean. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The location was good, but we moved to another hotel after a few days and wouldn’t stay here again. The staff were nice, though the rooms felt very dated, and the pool wasn’t clean. The paving around the pool was badly uneven and seemed like a serious accident waiting to happen. Our bed was broken, with a gap in the side, and I couldn’t help wondering what might be living inside it. The place needs a full renovation.

We spent a month here and had a studio with plenty of space for two. It’s a lovely family-run hotel, and Murat and sunay were extremely friendly. The location was just right, with bars and restaurants nearby and the beach about a five-minute walk away. We’ll come back.
