The setting is the highlight, with a stunning view, beach, and nature, and the resort itself has a lovely concept. But the rooms, lobby, service, and cleanliness don’t live up to that promise. There were three of us in a standard room with a sea view and three single beds. It felt like a two-star hotel. The beds, sheets, comfort, vanities, and mold in the bathroom were all unacceptable. It seemed like the hotel relied on its gorgeous view and treated everything else as secondary. Maybe the all-inclusive setup should be dropped completely. It seems to bring down the service, food, and overall experience.

The staff were the best part for us, always smiling, helpful, and ready to go out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Everything felt five-star from start to finish. We loved the pool, which was beautiful and well maintained, and the beach was just a few steps away. Our room was modern, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. The food was fresh, varied, and delicious every day. We had an amazing stay at Lotus Beach Hotel in Turkey and can’t wait to come back. I’d highly recommend it to anyone after a relaxing, luxurious holiday!

The beach was spacious, the sea felt very natural, and there was no music playing. 10/10. We also spent quite a bit of time at the patisserie because the view there was so good. Breakfast and dinner had lots of options, and the food was high quality and extremely tasty. Our room was large, very clean, and had a beautiful sea view. Süreyya hanım took great care with the cleaning. There were only a few choices of beer, coffee, and dessert, and the sauna salesperson kept asking us to buy a massage package. Still, this was absolutely a price-performance hotel. I’d say 9.5/10.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had such a positive feel. The food was great, and there was always something to do, whether we wanted to relax or have fun. What made the holiday unforgettable, though, was the animation team. Alpi and Burak were so friendly, funny, and full of life. They had us laughing every day and made the place feel warm, like we were spending time with friends rather than just being guests. Honestly, one of our best holidays ever.

We went last August, in 2024, and had a good time. We liked the hotel, food, disco, waterslides, waffles, and pools. A few additions might make it even better. A big swing, maybe on the beach, would be fun and give people a place to take photos. Water mist could help cool people down, perhaps where the beach bar was, if it’s still there, as well as in other spots. Dynamic laser lighting at a party or disco would be great too.
