Asiyan Otel

The natural setting and hot springs are lovely, but the beds, food, service, and cleanliness don't justify the high prices. Çağlayan, the sister hotel, also falls short of what I'd expect from a five-star place at that cost. If nature and hot springs are what you're after, be prepared to put up with the downsides. Complaining won't get a response.

The food was a highlight, with tasty breakfast and afternoon tea, plus good breakfast and dinner choices. The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the staff were friendly and provided quality service. I was very happy and would recommend it, and I'm planning to come back soon. One small disappointment: there were no handkerchiefs in the room, and I was too shy to bend down and ask ☺ And please open the pens left for the survey, just kidding!

We were four friends travelling together, and the forest-facing rooms were especially relaxing, with a lovely view. We’d felt unsure after reading reviews before we arrived, but the apartment made us happy. The receptionist greeted us warmly, the hotel was very clean, and the rest of the staff were good too. Thanks for everything.
