Mrs. Esra was especially caring, and the hotel staff were friendly. The rooms were very clean. For the hotel, I'd give four stars, while Mrs. Esra gets five.

Apart from the staff I spoke to, I was completely unhappy with this hotel. I'd have slept better in a tent outside. I had asked for a non-smoking room and said there would be three of us, but we were put in room 306, which faces the hotel's enclosed central area. It was stuffy, full of cigarette smoke, and had no fresh air. There's no air conditioning or proper ventilation. The noisy device that looks like an air conditioner only recirculates the room's air, with no intake or exhaust. The beds were far too soft, and the pillows were so tall that any orthopedic support was out of the question. Ventilation seems to be a hotel-wide issue, but room 306 was torture. We were only there for one night, so I didn't inspect the furniture. I asked my friends as soon as we entered, and apparently there were no other rooms available. Making money by putting people in that room is a crime against humanity.
