Nikopolis Hotel

The room was roomy and bright, but the bathroom really let the stay down. The bin and toilet brushes were rusty, the towels had gone yellow and smelled unpleasant, and the whole bathroom felt unclean. That seems especially unhealthy when children are staying there. It affected our visit. We had asked for a baby cot, then cancelled because reception said setting it up would be difficult. About the cars, yes, we arrived in two. Is that not allowed? You brought it up, but we didn't understand why. We stopped outside with our baby and were told, "Our parking lot is closed and not in use." I'm updating this review because the hotel warned me to "remove your reviews, otherwise we will take the necessary action." Reviewing a hotel is our right anywhere in the world. This isn't our first hotel stay or our first review. I hope other guests stay there themselves before relying on the fake positive reviews and then write about their own experience. The customer relations department needs attention too. This approach will cost you a lot of customers. Take whatever action you like against me, my lawyer will be glad to deal with it. And please stop repeatedly getting my comment removed. Have a good day.

The cafe and restaurant were nice, and the prices seemed reasonable. The Turkish bath and sauna, though, were much smaller than they appeared, and hygiene rules were ignored. The masseur who came to scrub me, a Syrian foreigner, was better at talking than the job. If you're there to relax, I wouldn't hire a masseur. We watched him use a floor squeegee to clear water, then wipe the central stone right in front of us. They also kept trying to sell us drinks. I definitely wouldn't recommend the bath or sauna.

The location is easy to get to, and for its category the price is very good compared with other hotels. I recommend it to my guests with confidence because it's clean, safe, and comfortable. That's based on my work.

The breakfast has plenty of choice, and the staff are warm and attentive. Rooms are clean and spacious too. It's the best hotel around here, and I'd happily recommend it to future guests.
