I had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel has a lovely view, and the staff were friendly, kind, and ready to help.

After 1:00am there was no food available, just soup, and that ran out quickly. Disappointing.

A great place.

The best part is the location after skiing: instead of a 45 minute trip into the city for a hotel, you can be in your room in two minutes. The reception team were friendly and very helpful, the rooms have lovely views, and the common spaces are roomy and comfortable. The music in those areas was nice too. There's also a large room for storing ski gear. We did run into a few issues. We went to the hammam at about 9:30 PM and were told it closed at 10:00 PM. They had run out of hair towels, shampoo, conditioner, and similar items, which seemed pretty funny to us. The hammam staff weren't as pleasant as the reception staff, and the water wasn't very hot. Back in our room, we asked for cotton swabs and got three for the three of us. The room also felt a bit too cold. Other than those things, we had no problems. It's a pleasant hotel with the potential to be 10/10 if these few issues are fixed. They could also be more active on social media and promote the hotel better.
