Address Istanbul Hotel

Ms. Mayar deserves a special thank you for all her support and cooperation during our stay. She helped with everything we needed and made the experience better. The whole team was kind, helpful, and attentive, and they were especially welcoming to my daughter, which made the visit feel more relaxing and special. Address Istanbul is beautiful, very clean, and comfortable, with a luxurious feel. From the moment we arrived, everything went well. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to return. Highly recommended!

We left the treatment feeling completely relaxed and well cared for. Zara, Vera, and Yossi made our spa visit at Address Istanbul memorable through their professionalism, attention, and genuine care. They each did more than expected to keep us comfortable and satisfied throughout the treatment. It’s unusual to come across such a warm, dedicated team, and they’re a real asset to the establishment. Thank you for having them. We’ll absolutely be back.

The restaurant service was another awful part of the stay and deserves its own complaint. I waited about 30 minutes for toothbrushes, which never arrived, and I still don’t understand why basic amenities weren’t already in the room. When I needed water to take a pill, the man who speaks Russian told me to go buy it in the lounge. Refusing even a simple glass of water to a hotel guest felt disrespectful and unacceptable for a place like this. I’ve stayed at adress around 6 times, but this was my last visit. I used to love this hotel since 2025, but in 2026 it became my biggest disappointment. Each stay has brought worse service, and it feels as if the staff are doing everything they can to stop guests coming back. My last few visits all ended the same way, with stress, a ruined mood, and the feeling that my vacation was spoiled. It’s sad because I genuinely used to enjoy staying here. I won’t return. With service like this, the hotel is 2 stars at most now.

Ms. Mayar Abdelwahab from Guest Relations was a huge help throughout our stay. We had little time in Istanbul, and her suggestions for places to see helped us make the most of the trip and find some great spots. She was professional, kind, and always willing to assist, which really added to the experience. Address Istanbul is a beautiful hotel with excellent rooms and outstanding service. We had a wonderful stay.
