The apartment was in such poor condition that we left immediately, even though we'd already paid for our two nights. It was filthy, the fridge was dirty, the sofa broken, and the terrace had no furniture. There were cigarette burns all over the tables, among other problems. The photos didn't match what we found. The host offered to help request a refund for one night through Airbnb, but after we left, he didn't confirm it and stopped answering my message. We strongly recommend avoiding this place. We travel to Istanbul regularly, and for the same price you can find an apartment of the same size in decent condition in Galata/Taksim.

I was surprised to hear that other problems had also gone unanswered. We don't need to ask other hotels about anything, and this isn't our first hotel stay. In our last call, you said paying day by day was possible and an advance payment wasn't required. I already knew that, but you still asked for the full amount for five days, and I paid it without hesitation. That led to the whole problem. Guests should pay each day so they can make sure they're receiving their rights and the actual services. And about the conversation between Mr.Salçuk and me, it ended on your side. Since my name was mentioned here when I wasn't present, that needs an answer!

The hot water was good, and there was a kettle. But the place was terrible, as you can see. The air conditioner didn't work ( klima yok), and there was no fridge. It wasn't clean, there was no soap or shampoo, and we couldn't find a TV remote. There were insects everywhere because the sheets hadn't been washed and the room hadn't been aired. No breakfast or restaurant, either. The photos didn't match the place at all.

I'm not Aladdin...!!! I told you I was leaving Sunday morning, not Monday, and confirmed that on Saturday. The other problems still hadn't been answered in your comment. If I'd had time to find another hotel, I wouldn't have stayed with you for even one day.

Right beside küçükçekmece lake, it's a very good hotel. The people working there are very friendly.
