I was worried about finding good accommodation in Istanbul and didn't expect much, but I ended up really happy with this hotel. The location was great, the check-in went well, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A special thanks to everyone, especially the woman serving breakfast. She was so caring and hospitable. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

The staff were nice and understood my concerns, though they couldn't do much about them. The biggest problem was the paper-thin walls. There was no insulation at all, and I could hear even my neighbor breathing. Coming here jet-lagged made it worse. The AC was centrally controlled, so I couldn't adjust the room temperature. I stayed here a couple of years ago, when it was a Cloud7 property. Since that company left Turkey, Anemon has taken over. Most of the tiny lobby is now an Italian restaurant, which serves pretty good pizza, but rolling my suitcase past people's tables felt odd. The standard rooms are tiny too, with French-style balcony windows you can open for air. The location is very central, on a busy shopping street that gets quieter at night, so you can sleep. Cleanliness wasn't ideal: the bed was clean, but the stains on the toilet could have been avoided.

I needed to be near the bus station for Istanbul international airport, so I chose this hotel. The location was good and the staff helpful. I did have an issue with dirty linen, but they changed my room.

There isn't really a reception, and I think having one would help since things can be a bit confusing. The lobby also had a lot of construction going on, though it didn't disrupt our stay. We spent 10 nights here while I had rhinoplasty. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the rainfall shower was one of the best I've had, when I could use it. We loved being able to open the sliding doors for fresh air. It's on a busy road and can be a little noisy, but it wasn't too bad. Shops, coffee, and restaurants are close by.
