I found cat feces in my room. Worst hotel in the world.

The room was spacious enough and the cleaning was satisfactory during my 16-day stay. Some staff, including Ayşe, Hatice, and Selda, were very nice, and the other receptionist was good. But Yasin at reception was rude. He acted as if he spoke English, though he didn't understand it well, and his manner was poor. There were privacy problems with housekeeping: cleaners sometimes knocked, then entered before I could answer. They should provide a “Do Not Disturb” sign for the door. The hotel has a restaurant and room service, but that service costs extra. They also charge more than the listed price when you buy things from the hotel. The gym costs 150 TL per hour, and the hotel is far from attractions, over an hour from the city center.

The lift is tiny and felt claustrophobic, even a bit scary. At breakfast, a server put buffet food on your plate because of COVID, but guests served themselves bread and could touch it, which didn't make much sense. Still, they seemed to be trying, and disinfectant was generally available. For two nights, it was pretty decent value. The area was nice, with some good breakfast places nearby. The room was clean and a reasonable size, with AC and a quite large bed.

The staff were really helpful, and we had a great time here. Our room felt spacious and newly designed. Good hotel, recommended.
