Rooms: 5/5 Location: 5/5 I’m rating the stay 3 stars because of what happened on the last day. I’d already paid in advance for April 18 to April 24, then wanted to add one night, April 24-25. I tried to pay for the extra night through Booking, but the system wasn’t working that day. Even so, I was called several times and told to come downstairs immediately to pay. Murad, who was on the 2 p.m. shift on April 24, spoke in a way that felt unnecessarily harsh and pressuring, as though I hadn’t already shown I pay for my stays in full. After a seven-night stay paid in advance, this felt blown out of proportion. The extra night could simply have been settled at checkout. That last interaction overshadowed an otherwise excellent stay. The noon team who welcomed me on April 18 were exceptional, warm, and professional. The restaurant staff were consistently amazing, and housekeeping was 10/10 throughout. I hope management can make sure the same level of professionalism and understanding is consistent across the team. The hotel clearly has the potential to deliver a truly outstanding experience.

We found the hotel spotlessly clean and excellent value for money. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Special thanks to Okan and Murat for being so kind and professional. Osmanbey Metro Station is only steps away, which made getting around easy. The area is lively, with lots of nice shops nearby, and the textile market all around was an added bonus, especially for future brides hunting for fabrics and wedding finds. Highly recommended!

Everyone was very polite and nice. The food was really good, the service was lovely, and it was very clean. I’ll come back next year ☺️

This was my second stay at arcade Hotel, and I loved it even more than before. It’s in a lively area, close to shops, and the location is perfect. Toprak and Okan were so friendly and helpful, and made everything easy. Their great service and hospitality are why I’ll definitely return ♥️

The staff were very nice and caring, and the location is convenient for getting to all the sights. Breakfast was delicious and served from a menu, with whatever you order brought to the table. There’s a great view from the restaurant where breakfast is served. The one downside was the soundproofing. In the morning I woke up every 20 minutes because I could hear the cleaning lady in the hall and neighbors slamming doors.
