The reception and lobby team were consistently welcoming, polite, and professional, which I really appreciated. But our week here with the family, across two rooms, left me disappointed in a few ways. Housekeeping was hit or miss. The floor wasn’t properly cleaned several times, and after we asked for fresh bed sheets, they weren’t changed as expected. Since we had children with us, we also asked for the minibar items to be taken out, but were told that would require an extra fee. I hope the hotel gives more attention to cleaning and housekeeping going forward.

The calm setting was a welcome retreat after busy days, though major areas like Taksim, Sisli, and Sultanahmet were still only about a 10-minute drive away. Public transport was right at the doorstep too. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and soundproof, with a very comfortable bed and relaxing feel. During our anniversary stay, the Guest Relations team surprised us with gifts each day and other premium touches that made us happy. The hospitality was exceptional, and the price for the quality felt phenomenal. Arise Hotel is a great choice if you’re after quiet and top-tier service in Istanbul.

We got anything we asked for delivered to the room within a minute, and the luggage staff were helpful and professional. Everyone at the hotel was welcoming, friendly, and smiling. Special thanks to Buse, Hilali, Parisa, Huda, and Ramadan for their outstanding service and hospitality. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a prime area, about a 15-minute drive from the main tourist sights. The furniture was high quality, clean, and well maintained. Everything was excellent.

The room had everything we needed, and I had a great nine-day stay at the Clarion Golden Horn while recovering from rhinoplasty surgery. The team made us feel very welcome and were supportive and accommodating throughout. Samir, Hilal, and Parisa were a big help. Mert was also so friendly and made things pleasant. He showed us around the rooms. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from central spots like Galata and Taksim sq. Thanks to all the staff for a great experience!

The room was cozy, spotless, and well looked after, so it was easy to relax. Staff were consistently warm, professional, and helpful. With the hotel’s excellent location, getting around to nearby attractions was simple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
