The room was lovely and the location great, and the service was very good. A few more kitchen items and supplies, including towels, would have improved the stay, and the service could be more thoughtful. The shower wasn't great.

Şahin's attention and the atmosphere made this a wonderful family-friendly place right in the heart of Balat. Prices are reasonable, and it's a nice setting for children. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy the historic feel of the area and have a pleasant time.

The location is a real plus, with historical sites, cafes, restaurants, and lovely walking areas close by. It made it easy for me to get a feel for Istanbul's authentic atmosphere. The apartment was cozy, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were especially attentive and friendly, always ready to help. I came away with warm memories and would happily stay here again. I'd confidently recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to enjoy Balat's beauty and history.
