Beypark Hotel

I booked two nights, December 20 and 21, and arrived at 10 pm. My first room smelled awful, so I asked to change. The next room was a little less smelly, and I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. The bed hadn't been cleaned, there was hair on it, the pillow was dirty and smelled bad, and the towels were dirty and smelly too. In the morning I asked for my money back for the remaining night, but the staff refused and instead asked me to move rooms for a third time. None of the rooms were clean, and the staff weren't friendly at all. I left, but they charged me 1500TL for a night I wouldn't be staying. Bad hotel and bad staff. I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms and hotel were clean and spacious, but the staff were rude and didn't seem to understand hospitality. Noise from activities they allow carried on after midnight, so it definitely isn't a place for families. I'd only recommend it to single men who can't afford another hotel in the same area.

They were quick to take our money and argumentative when we raised concerns, but didn't provide what we were promised. The package was described as 45 minutes in the hamam, then another 45 for a massage, plus a mask and scrub. In reality, we got a poor quality 20 minute massage and no mask or scrub. We made clear that we wear hijab and didn't want men around, and they reassured us, but male workers walked near the women's facilities while we were undressed. The place was unhygienic, with only mixed toilets. Female workers sat smoking in the women's room, had a poor attitude, and offered no help. There were no private changing facilities or lockers for valuables. The worst hamam experience. Please don't go.

The bedsheets, pillow, and blanket looked like they hadn't been washed or changed in a long time. The hotel was extremely dirty and smelly, and people smoked throughout the building, played loud music, and talked loudly at midnight. There was no shampoo or hand soap in the shower. Stay far away. You could get sick.
