A bad experience. Breakfast had no set time, and on some days it was forgotten; when we called, we were given excuses. The service also didn’t live up to what was promised. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, some things, like towels, were left out, so we had to request them separately and were then asked to pay for the service. The hotel felt built on false promises.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were lovely and helpful. There’s easy access to transport and plenty around the hotel. The one thing that bothered me was the noise from other guests. The sound insulation between rooms isn’t very good. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

A quiet, clean hotel and a very good stay. Thanks to Mohamed, the receptionist.

I stayed for 20 days and found the location amazing and easy to reach. It’s the best hotel in Bakırköy, in my view. The receptionist and the rest of the staff were kind and very helpful.

For a 1 star hotel, the price is actually good, and the location works well. I’d give it 4 out of five.
