The place is well maintained and feels protected, and the welcoming people are lovely. It’s a fantastic spot within the Perola Residence. I highly recommend it.

We were four people and booked two rooms, but unfortunately the rooms weren’t the same quality. Noise from outside can also be heard.

The staff were terrible, especially the female maid. When we asked for fresh bed linen, she said it was only changed once a week. The rooms were dusty, the pillows had yellow stains, and the whole place smelled strongly of cigarettes. Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

We were very pleased with our stay, and this place really could be called a family hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to help. Special thanks to the receptionist who shares my name, a really experienced and friendly person.

Dirty and noisy. This hotel is terrible.
