Bossuite Hotel Kadikoy

My first visit to Istanbul went really well here. The location made it easy to reach the market, bars, restaurants, and transport, and the staff were polite. I left my jacket behind at checkout, and they found it right away and arranged to return it. The room was small but handy. Temperature control could be better, though.

The staff were helpful, and the rooms were okay. The location was good, and the shower had fantastic water pressure.

We were in Istanbul for our wedding and stayed here for four days. The hotel is close to everything in Kadikoy, yet it was quiet and we didn't hear traffic. They helped us a lot with the service. I'd highly recommend it.

The manager only stopped shouting at my mother and trying to gaslight us once he realized we had all the details in email. We'd agreed on the exact room, dates, and price after several messages, so the bad room wasn't down to any mistake on our side. We were put in a disgusting little box with no room to store suitcases, though we'd booked for two adults and a baby. The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes and other things I can't even type. We left after one night. Boss suite? More like bossy suite. The room and hotel were vile, and the management was worse. Do not stay here. They should be ashamed.
