Çırağan Apart Bosphorus

The Wi-Fi quit on the fourth day, leaving us without internet for the last three days. I kept reporting it, but staff said it was our phone causing the problem. The elevator was already out when we arrived. We were told it would be fixed the next day, but it took three full days, so we carried our 4-year-old up and down three floors several times each day. Over the weekend, a family on the 4th floor played loud music and laughed until 5 a.m.; staff did nothing, and we couldn't sleep. Only on our final day, after we had complained repeatedly, did they offer us a room at their nearby hotel, when our stay was nearly over. We booked expecting comfort, but the service, facilities, and management fell far short. It wasn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The stay ended up being wonderful. The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. The lady whose name I believe was Zahra was kind, professional, always smiling, and ready to help. She made a real difference, and the hospitality made me feel at home. I enjoyed every moment and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, peace, and good service. I'll definitely come back. Thanks again to everyone. At first I had an issue with the hotel, but management was respectful and understanding, responded quickly, and handled it professionally. They offered a spacious, clean apartment with a nice view as compensation, plus a thoughtful gift. Special thanks to Mr. Yilmaz, the hotel manager, for the kind note he included. It really mattered and helped turn things around. 👏

We booked SVK Bosphorus Residence through booking.com and left right away because it wasn't suitable for our family. It looked different from the listing and was poorly kept, with several problems that made the stay uncomfortable. The cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard.
