Cher Hotel & Spa Istanbul

I'm leaving one final comment about what happened. This isn't about the €10, but about the way the situation was handled. The hotel arranged the taxi and we clearly agreed on the price beforehand, yet the driver charged more, gave no receipt, and acted unprofessionally during the ride. The hotel acknowledged the issue and confirmed a refund, but no practical solution followed. Responsibility was gradually shifted away, and I was left without a proper resolution. When reception arranges a service, guests trust that it'll be reliable and that problems will be handled properly. That's not the standard I'd expect from a 4-star hotel. I strongly recommend reviewing the way these services are managed and making sure outside providers meet appropriate standards. This kind of situation damages trust and shouldn't happen to any guest. I hope the feedback is taken seriously so nobody else has to go through the same thing.

For the price, Cher Hotel offers good value. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and it's conveniently located near Taksim. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for quality without overpaying.

The massage and Turkish bath were wonderful. The spa itself was clean and relaxing, and everyone working there was professional and kind. I'd like to thank them all.

The crew were polite throughout, but the rooms were very bad. The bathroom door was broken, and so was the window, which didn't close properly. I asked three times and it still wasn't fixed. There was a lot of noise, including noise from the mosques early in the morning, and the breakfast was the same every day for 7 days. The pool guard rail was very loose and dangerous.
