Cihangir By Aydın Suite Hotel

The owners were so kind to me and my family during our recent stay of a few days. They even helped us find places to visit, and made my Istanbul trip a great one. Really nice people. Thank you so much!

The view was amazing, and I really valued how quickly and kindly the new owners responded whenever we needed something. The hotel was going through a lot of renovation, though, and still felt in transition. Getting back uphill from Taksim Square was tiring. It needs some work: breakfast could have more choice and fruit, and parts of the terrace and hotel seemed neglected. The rooftop could be a lovely place if it were cleaned and furnished properly. There were also leaks and unpleasant smells in the bathroom. I hope the owners can sort these things out soon. I appreciated their hospitality and prompt service, but the hotel still needs improvements.

The staff were welcoming and kept checking whether we needed help. They can also help arrange a taxi if you ask. Breakfast was adequate, with meat, vegetables, eggs, lots of sweet choices, plenty for everyone, and fresh bread always available. The little hotel has a great location, about seven minutes from the T1 tourist tram. Rooms were clean, though they could use renovation. At night, you may hear delivery riders on scooters coming and going from the nearby dark store. Still, this street was quieter than others around there.

The receptionists were kind and happy to help with our requests, and the area felt safe and had a nice atmosphere. I stayed at Cihangir by Aydin Suite Hotel and found the room clean, comfortable, and equipped with what I needed for a short visit. It's well placed near Taksim Square and lots of good cafes and restaurants. I'd recommend it if you want a clean hotel in a convenient part of Istanbul.
