City Night Hotels Ümraniye

We spent a week in Istanbul at City Night Hotel and loved the stay. Irmak at reception was especially kind and attentive, with excellent service. I’ll definitely come back! Greetings from Madrid, Spain! 🤗

I stayed two nights in two different rooms. The first was clean and I was happy with it, but the second was only half-prepared even though I booked later than usual. The towels smelled so bad I couldn’t use them, and the room was less clean than the one from my first night. Heating was another problem. The air conditioner was the only source, and even on the highest setting in heat mode it wasn’t enough. If you’re coming in winter, take a bit more care with what you wear.

We stay here often, and the rooms are comfortable, with superb cleanliness and service. Thanks to Ms. İzel at reception for being so friendly. 🫶🏻
