The hotel looks beautiful and stylish, but the reception service was unacceptable. They spoke rudely to me and wouldn’t let me enter with my small child at 9 PM, even though he was asleep in my arms. They also wouldn’t let us wait in the room I’d fully paid for until his father arrived. I had to stand outside at night for an hour with luggage and a sleeping child. They even refused to let him use the restroom because the hotel is “18+”. If I owned this place, I’d urgently address how unprofessional the staff were. The service should be much better.

It looks much fresher in the photos than it feels in person, and I didn’t find the place comfortable for sleeping. A lot needs improvement. The quality was well below what the pictures suggested. I’d rate it 2.5/5.

The hotel was pleasant, and cleanliness was average. But the reception staff were rude and unprofessional, and they treated men better. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Emircan at the front desk was wonderful. He helped with all sorts of little things, including calling a taxi, and was always smiling, kind and respectful. The restaurant and cafe downstairs were handy for morning coffee before heading out. We had a corner suite with a small kitchenette, so we could keep snacks in the room. There’s a microwave but no stove if you’re planning to cook. The location was perfect and the price very reasonable. If you want a nice place on the Asian side that isn’t wildly overpriced, this is a great option.
