The check-in at Crowne Plaza Florya left a bad first impression. My booking clearly showed a room with a double bed and a view, but the front desk initially insisted it was for twin beds and no view. After I showed them the reservation, they offered another room that still didn't match, and I had to refuse it before they gave me a different one. I later found that the “double bed” was two single beds pushed together. The staff seemed more concerned with avoiding responsibility than sorting things out professionally. This affected the start of my trip. For a hotel in this category, I expected accurate room assignments and much better service. I can't recommend it based on this stay.

Helin made our stay even nicer. She was such a welcoming, attentive, professional waitress, always kind and smiling. The hotel itself is beautiful and relaxing, and we're having a great time here with the overall atmosphere. The pool is being renovated right now, but we're still very happy with our stay. My friend and I would definitely recommend Crowne Plaza Istanbul Florya.

Dear Hotel Management, I want to raise a serious concern about Fikriiye from the Front Office. While speaking with regular guests, Fikriye said that if she didn't want to continue the conversation, she would leave her workplace. That was an inappropriate and unprofessional thing to say to returning clients. Loyal guests should be spoken to respectfully and receive a consistent standard of service. Comments like this damage the hotel's reputation and go against the hospitality guests count on. I trust the matter will be addressed and that professional conduct will be maintained.

Hulya made my first trip to Istanbul, Turkey feel especially welcoming. She was wonderful as my housekeeper, and so comforting that she felt like a motherly figure while I was away on vacation. Her supervisor, Gulsah, was attentive too and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. The locals were extremely nice and hospitable as well.
