Deep Hotel Istanbul

The hotel's location was the only real plus. We stayed one night, and that was enough. The rooms were noisy enough that we could hear everything, including broken toilets next door. There was mold on the windows, and one window was broken with shards that seemed to have been there for a while. The high ratings look artificially created to me. Social media is full of nice pictures and promotional material, but the actual place was different. You can find somewhere much better for the same money. It feels aimed at people who stay one night and never return.

There's no elevator, only stairs. The staff carried our luggage, but I can't imagine how clinic patients recovering from surgery are meant to manage all those stairs. The service itself was great, including a free shuttle to Liv clinic, which is handy for hospital patients. Breakfast was okay and Turkish style, but the coffee wasn't brewed, just regular Nescafé.

I’d heard negative things about this place, but my stay was the opposite. The rooms were good and it was peaceful, with no traffic rush nearby. A good place for this price.

We stayed for two nights. The staff were really nice to us, and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated.
