We paid €700 for four nights, but left after just one and didn't get any money back. We arrived late, so we had to sleep there until morning before checking out. The photos were misleading, and I have pictures to show why. There was dust on the headboard, the pillows were stuffed with cotton, and the furniture and doors had awful cracks and holes. The whole experience was so, so bad. Even our driver thought the Booking reviews might not be real. I really don't recommend staying here. For that price, you're better off finding a decent hotel.

I won't recommend this garbage place to anyone. I've stayed in much nicer hotels and suites for the same price, so paying before seeing the actual room was a mistake. I'd reserved a 1+1 apartment, but they gave me a very small room. When I arrived at 18:30, they sent me somewhere else because there was no availability until 22:00. They asked why I had come early and said I'd have to pay double to get my room then. I told them I could wait until 19.00, but the man and the girl from HK Asmaa still said I had to pay double and should be grateful they were trying to help. They showed me one thing and gave me another. Be careful when you book with them.

I've finished my stay today, and the rooms were very clean. Everyone was helpful, and I have a lot of good memories from here. I travel to Istanbul from Berlin for business three or four times, and though this was my first stay here, it won't be my last. Thanks for everything, see you next time.

It's close to cavaher mall and the metro, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The prices and services were very good, and the employees were nice too. I'd recommend it ❤️
