DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Istanbul - Piyalepasa

The beds were comfortable, housekeeping was kind and efficient, and the chocolate chip cookies at arrival were a lovely touch. I also enjoyed the fitness center. The hotel was comfortable and the amenities were very good, making for an excellent stay at Hilton Double Tree in Piyalepasa. My favorite part was breakfast and dining. The food was fresh, and we could customize it to fit our dietary preferences. Abir was especially kind, attentive, helpful, and quick with service. She made it feel like a five-star restaurant experience, and her care and eye for detail really stood out. She's a great asset to the hotel.

The restaurant was lovely, and we ate most of our meals there after discharge while we recovered and stayed in for the first few days. If the hotel is catering to hospital patients, it could use a few more soft foods like soups, smoothies, and soft vegetables. Breakfast was a favorite each morning, with a wide spread of choices. On the last day, my boyfriend’s birthday, our server Durban surprised him with a birthday cake dish. It was so kind and unexpected. Thanks to the chef for the delicious treat! We stayed six nights for elective surgery, on our medical team's recommendation because the hospital is close. The hotel is beautiful and within walking distance of sights, restaurants, and shops, even while recovering. Before surgery I enjoyed the gym, which had everything I needed. We also had post-surgery massages at the spa, and the team accommodated us when we weren't very mobile. Our housekeeper and the rest of the staff were very kind and attentive, especially when we needed extra pillows and towels. Thanks for having us. We’ll be back.

It was a good experience, beyond what we expected overall. Breakfast was above average, with fresh food, lots of choice, and an attractive presentation. Widya gave warm, attentive, professional service, and we especially want to thank her. Having to pay for parking at such a refined, high-quality hotel was a real disappointment. It didn’t fit the level of hospitality we otherwise experienced.

Our son felt very welcome and had a great time, and the hotel was very family-friendly. The rooms were comfortable, and housekeeping was attentive. At breakfast, Selin and Abir were always smiling, caring, and especially kind with our child. They’re real stars and a credit to the hotel. One small thing: seeing guests who seemed to be recovering from medical procedures at breakfast was occasionally surprising for our family, though it didn't affect the service quality. We had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Piyalepaşa.
