I arrived at midnight, so leaving to find somewhere else didn’t feel like an option. The room I was given was nasty and reeked of cigarette smoke. When I complained, they said every other room was booked. I got the manager to turn on the A/C, which they could have done before I arrived, and that helped a little. The other guests were very quiet, though, and it sounded like only 4 or 5 other rooms were occupied at most.

Everything was clean and comfortable, and the stay went smoothly. The bathroom had good hot water and the essentials I needed. Thanks so much. I’d definitely visit again if I’m in the same area.

Servis mükemmel. The hotel and its location are perfect. It’s very clean and reasonably priced, and I highly recommend it.

The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we appreciated that it was cleaned every day. The view and location were perfect, a real highlight of our trip. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and all the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We felt right at home. Highly recommended!

It was a horrible experience. There was no sign of room service, and the staff were rude and seemed focused on money. I accidentally locked my key inside the room, and they tried to charge me extra for a replacement because they’d lost the spare key.
