Eli̇te Park Hotel & Sui̇tes

I booked eight nights while attending Plast Eurasia Istanbul Fair and got a basement room opposite the laundry. There was no clothes cupboard, and the toilet was so small it was hard to use. When I flushed, water leaked onto the floor. I asked reception to get someone to fix it, but she said it was Saturday and they couldn't, and there wasn't another room available. For the next two days I stayed with a colleague at a nearby hotel until the problem was fixed. After I posted a Google review, the receptionist came to my room and aggressively asked me to delete it. It felt threatening. This place is a disaster for Turkish tourism and the reputation of Turkish hotels. I wonder how it got licensed as a hotel. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here. Even one star is too much; I'd give zero if I could. 🤬😡

My bike was kept safe, and the staff were nice. The room was clean and updated, with a kettle and fridge, and the price and location were good. It's near shops but still quiet. Thank you!

We stayed for a week in early February 2024. The rooms are small, but very clean and tidy, and the prices are reasonable. Staff were friendly and respectful. Mohammad, the day receptionist, is especially kind. He speaks Persian, Turkish, and English, loves Iranians, and gave us the best service he could. You can book directly through their WhatsApp number and pay in person. There's a sok shop nearby and some restaurants. The room had a tea maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, and clean towels and sheets. I'd recommend this hotel, especially to Iranians planning to take a PTE test at mindi academy. Enjoy your stay, and don't hesitate to book.

Good value and a convenient location, but the rooms felt too small for us, so we had to upgrade to a larger one.
