The hammam ended up being one of my favorite parts of the trip. It was clean and professionally run, and both the scrub and foam massage felt thorough and relaxing. A lovely way to rest after a day out walking around. The team were so welcoming and helpful, which made everything easy. Breakfast had a nice range of choices, and getting around from the hotel was convenient. Our room was small, but cozy and comfortable enough for our three-day stay. We had a really nice time and would recommend it for a comfortable stay with some pampering.

Really good value for the money, and right by Taxim square. The staff were so kind and friendly. It went beyond what I expected. Thanks to everyone, I’d definitely recommend it!

The rooms were decent, and at $65 a night I felt the price was fair. I was caught off guard that there weren’t toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room, though.

Unforgettable time here. The staff were seven stars, even if I’d rate the hotel five. Thanks to everyone for making the stay such a great experience.

The main problem was the room temperature. It was about 20 outside, but our room felt warm, and guests couldn’t adjust the controls because the hotel managed them. We felt like we were suffocating. I complained several times and nothing changed, so the stay was really uncomfortable. Breakfast was just okay, with few options. I asked for sugar-free food and they didn’t have any, but a woman in the breakfast area quickly asked someone to get it for me, which I appreciated. My family and I stayed in room 403 from 19 November to 23 November 2025. The property is too small for us, and the bathrooms are very small too. I wouldn’t come back.
