The bellman seemed reluctant and displeased when dealing with my luggage, and when I asked about hotel facilities and services, I kept getting “I don’t know.” I expected more familiarity with the property's offerings and more professional service from a Rotana hotel. I was also only given one room key, which is inconvenient when several guests return at different times. It would be simple to provide another card on request. I booked a studio and wouldn't call it bad, but it fell below average and didn't meet the standards I'm used to. I'm a regular Rotana guest and a Rotana Rewards member, so I had higher expectations for the stay. I hope they consider this feedback. As a loyal Rotana guest, I look for service that matches the brand's reputation and standards.

Kivilcim was especially welcoming and professional, and really made a difference to our stay. We spent 10 days here with the kids, and all of us enjoyed it. The room was spacious, clean, and new. The facilities were great, the service was amazing, and breakfast had all the main options we wanted. Thank you.
