The hotel is still good, and I came back because I’d appreciated the location, clean rooms, pleasant breakfast, comfortable stay, and generally friendly, helpful staff. This time, though, I was disappointed that complimentary water, Nescafé, and tea had been removed from the rooms. I hadn’t expected that change on a return visit, and those small touches affect the comfort and service for me. I hope management reconsiders them so the hotel keeps the standard that brings guests back. Thanks to the reception team, especially Mr Murat, the sweet and lovely girl, and the wonderful breakfast room chefs who looked after me and introduced me to Turkish soups, especially Tarhana.

The three men working at reception were very kind and helped us with lots of things, including a boat tour and popular places to visit. They spoke good English, too. The hotel is near the taksim square but tucked in a quiet spot, so we slept peacefully. Our room was clean and they changed the towels often. Breakfast was good and simple. We’ll definitely come back.

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work properly, and the staff couldn’t offer an explanation or fix. When we asked for basic things, they kept saying they weren’t available, even simple items like a toothbrush kit, an iron, or cups. The food was very poor as well. Throughout our stay the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The service and hospitality were far below what I expected, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We’ve returned to feronya hotel five years in a row, and it gets better every year. The rooms are clean, the service is nice, and the staff are amazing. It’s right in the heart of taksim, close to the tourist attractions. Special thanks to Murat, Umar, ve Çağla for always being kind, supportive, and accommodating during our stays.

We had a nice time and plan to come back. The people were polite and friendly, and spoke English well, so communicating was easy. Reception helped us with everything, from a boat tour to the most visited places. Our room was very good and clean, and breakfast was nice and simple. The hotel is near the taksim square.
