A handy place for a long layover. Everything in the clean room worked well, and the reception staff were very polite and nice. Elif was especially kind, helping me order food and just being a lovely person. I recommend it. 🙂

Ms. Elif at reception was so welcoming and kind, and was always ready to help with anything I needed. Her positive attitude and professional manner made me feel comfortable throughout the stay. I had a great experience and really appreciated the excellent service.

Very bad hotel. I went in without a reservation and they told me there were no rooms available, but the website showed many. I booked one myself online, and the reception team were all surprised that I’d managed to get the booking on my own. It’s bad to be lied to. I wouldn’t advise staying here. The breakfast wasn’t good and the room wasn’t very good either. One star from me, have a nice day.

The hotel is clean and quiet, with newly renovated rooms and bathrooms, new plumbing, and excellent cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised that the shower has an emergency call rope for staff if you feel unwell. It felt like the hotel takes visitor safety seriously. The staff are friendly and speak English, and breakfast has plenty of variety made from fresh products. The one small drawback is getting there: walking from Otogar metro station takes about 20-30 minutes. A taxi costs 150-200 lira. Forum shopping center, with lots of cafes, is 5-10 minutes away by taxi.
