Freya Hotel

The hotel was terrible. I stayed for three days, and breakfast was missing, with only dried tomato and cucumber and a cold egg left out. When I asked why there was no breakfast, the woman at reception shouted at me and was rude. Don’t go there.

This hotel calls itself four star, which feels like a joke. We stayed for a week. The staff and cleanliness were okay, but the noise made it hard to sleep: when the hallways were cleaned, loud conversations and other noise forced you awake, and the area stayed noisy until the early hours. Breakfast was okay too, but there were problems. I went down daily about 20 mints before the buffet ended. One day, the machine was supposedly defective. I asked them to open it so I could get chocolate because I have gastritis and don’t drink coffee. They did, I took it to the table, left a gift, then went straight back to the machine. I plugged it into the socket and suddenly it worked normally. I used the pool on only two of my seven days before they closed it, saying it was defective. It stayed closed for two days without maintenance. When I asked reception, they said there was a leak on the floor below; the next day, they emptied the pool. I also had to ask every day for the gym and treadmill to be turned on. Often, the employees’ responses made me feel as if I were asking a favor, since they showed no interest in doing what I’d requested. Not recommended, and I won’t be back.

Good day! The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Sedat is a very good Front Office Manager!

I had a really nice time there. The people were lovely, and the staff were always around to help with services or information. ❤️
