The room was huge for one person, and breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. Mrs Nazli took care of my dietary needs and even found more milk when the cereal ran out. My privacy was respected when I put up the “Do not disturb” sign, and the cleaners Sultan HkMÙRu and Yasemkn Sedyard checked that I had enough toiletries, water, and coffee. The heating and hot water were available around the clock, so the stay was comfortable and hassle-free. I stayed at the Gardan hotel in Beylikdüzü and felt welcome right away. Fatih and Gamze at reception were professional, friendly, and easy to talk to, and they understood my English. Samet greeted me, helped me to my room with my bags, and explained the facilities, including how to call reception and use the TV remote with Amazon, Netflix, and YouTube. After hair transplant surgery my eyes were swollen, and Mustafa helped me freeze my eye patch bag. Fatih also sorted out a replacement key card when I locked myself out. Everyone was ready to help, and I’d consider staying here again next time I’m in Turkey. ❤️ 😍

We came to Gardan Hotel for a business trip, visiting the dentists at "Beylikduzu Floradis". If we need to return, I’ll choose this hotel again. Our stay was 18-19 May 2026 in room 413. The team was friendly, smiling, polite, and professional. They offered us water and Turkish coffee when we arrived. The receptionists were especially kind, hospitable, and helpful. Gamze at reception was so welcoming and helpful, and her kindness made the stay memorable. The room service team also stood out for being polite and professional. I had a wonderful time at Garden Hotel. It’ll always be a special place for me, and I’d choose to stay here again if I come back. Highly recommended!

The soundproofing is really poor, and cleanliness wasn't good either. There’s no elevator, and the place feels more like an apartment than a hotel, without hotel amenities. It’s a long way from the metrobus, though there is a supermarket nearby. Breakfast was below average.

The breakfast was a highlight, with a large buffet and a friendly, attentive Lady Nazli looking after guests. We stayed for a week and were very happy with the service and our room. Lady Sultane was involved in our stay. Room 423 was spacious and very clean, with a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. We’d highly recommend the hotel and expect to visit again.
