The staff were really nice, but that didn't make up for the stay. The walls are so thin you can hear everything, and the place feels overpriced and has none of the luxury it should. It was the worst hotel I've stayed in. I wouldn't recommend it at all. I learned not to trust a place just because it's listed on booking.com. For me, it was worth $20 a night at most.

It’s cheaper than other places, of course, but it’s far from the metro in a residential neighborhood, and two floors of the hotel are underground.

I broke a tooth, and the staff were so kind. They got me a taxi at 1 in the morning so I could look for medicine. Really accommodating people.

Mr. Ismaël at reception was especially helpful and easy to talk to. He helped us sort out all our arrangements, and the whole team was warm and welcoming. The room had everything we needed and was spotless. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d highly recommend the hotel.

We were there for my husband’s medical trip. The people were very nice and did their best to accommodate us.
