The location was good, the decor and room system felt modern, and the price was very good. Most of all, the staff were exceptionally kind. I spent eight ideal days here, and I'll definitely book this hotel again when I return to Istanbul.

The neighborhood is generally quiet and the room itself was nice, but it hadn't been cleaned properly. There were stains on the heater, plus hair and a clipped toenail. If they sort out the cleaning, I'd definitely recommend the place.

We loved staying at Gen Suites Cibali and I'd stay there again. I was there with my family in a standard room, and the room at the top of the building had an amazing view of the Bosporus. You can also see the Galata Tower from the terrace 😍. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the service was super friendly and really good, no matter how late it was. The location was perfect, just a very short walk from Eminönü and all the sightseeing spots. I also felt very safe there. Greetings, Elif

The staff are such lovely people, and the place is close to lots of things to visit in Istanbul. Rooms are clean and have AC, parking is free, and the Wi-Fi is decent. A great place, highly recommended.
