We booked a room through agooda, then a drunk man accused us of not understanding or being able to read because, he said, the place wasn’t for couples. I remember booking a double room. He mocked me and ended by saying, “now you learned the lesson”. I didn’t get a refund. That person knows nothing about customer service. I suggest avoiding this place, since you can easily find a better option for the same price.
I booked one room for two people, but they told me it was only for one and wanted extra money. I felt cheated, and the service was poor. The staff weren’t friendly either.
They advertise low prices online, then once you arrive they deny them and offer the room for 1500TL without breakfast. The room was listed at 950TL on the website, and in my opinion it was worth about 700 TL or less. They spoil Booking.com 's system with this unclear business. The reception man was NOT polit, and I saw him treat me and other guests very badly. The furniture is old and outdated, there’s no parking, and it was noisy because towers are being built around the place with workers nearby. They’re liars and Racist as well !! They do not welcome the Asians !! I do not recommend staying here.
At Zirkon Suit Otel, the rooms were clean and modern, and the staff were helpful. It’s close to public transport, shopping, and attractions, with free Wi-Fi and parking. Some guests may find the breakfast choices limited, but the value is good for budget travelers looking for a comfortable, convenient stay in Istanbul.
The rooms were the worst, and it wasn’t worth the money. Don’t book online, they make you pay again.
