I don't understand why this is called a 4 star Hotel. The bathroom door feels so fragile it looks like it might collapse if you shut it too hard. The water flow is very weak, and the warm water keeps coming and going. The room is a bit dark, with not enough light.

Breakfast was delicious, and that's the one thing I liked. The room was quite dirty and didn't feel very hygienic, and the staff weren't very professional. It wasn't a pleasant stay, and I wouldn't come back.

Breakfast was extremely basic, exactly the same every day, and nothing worth mentioning. The bathroom smelled horrendous, so we had to keep its door shut just to sleep at night. We stayed because the hotel was included in the clinic’s package, but I strongly recommend arranging your own accommodation. DO NOT stay at this hotel.

The staff were genuinely friendly and professional, and the rooms were excellent. It’s a beautiful, comfortable hotel with everything a guest needs. I recommend it if you’re staying in Istanbul.

The room condition was bad, and the air conditioning wasn't working when I checked in. I called reception but couldn't reach anyone, so I went there and reported it. They said they'd send maintenance, but nobody showed up after 30 minutes. When I went back, they weren't helpful and told me, “If you want cold room, tried to open the window”. I asked to speak to a manager or someone senior, but they wouldn't let me. Only after I insisted did they send maintenance. Very bad customer service.
