The room was falling apart. They had to fix the toilet, bathroom faucet, and shower head after I asked. I also had guests over, which had never been a problem before, but during this incident the staff were rude and threatened to call the police. I got bites all over my body and have photo proof of bed bugs. When I confronted them, they denied it and refused a refund. I had to find another hotel at 3 am, throw out 75% of my clothes, and have the rest dry cleaned. It nearly cost as much as the hotel itself. I stayed in the infested room for almost 5 nights, until they were crawling on my face. Now they’re begging me not to share this and offering a laughable amount of money, as if that could undo it. This place definitely isn’t up to regulations. Tourists should avoid it. Even as a local, I couldn’t find a solution. The whole experience was absolutely menacing.

I don’t understand why the other reviews are so negative. The room, bed, and bathroom were clean, and the receptionist service was excellent. There’s an elevator, and the location is very convenient, close to Taksim Istiqlal Street. I extended my stay because it was comfortable and worth the price. The photos match what the room actually looks like.

The location was the best part, along with some of the staff. We waited an hour for the room, until 15:00 pm, but it was still dirty when we got in. There was hair on the floor, in the bathroom, and on the beds, so it seemed like the sheets hadn’t been changed. Club music kept us awake until 5:00 am.

The staff were rude, the place was dirty and noisy, and the facilities listed in my booking weren’t provided. They showed us one room and gave us a different one, so don’t trust the photos. For that price, you can find a much better hotel. This felt like a scam. Would never recommend it.

The price was reasonable for a hotel on the Istiklal, especially with all the services included. The rooms were very clean, and the staff kind and helpful. Hot water, towels, shampoo, soap, tea, and coffee were all provided free, with full service.
